Surveyors are the most experienced company within the
U.K. in the provision of panel management services. Managing
a lender's panel means that we control the service and
quality of the valuer's performance, enabling the lender
to outsource the whole process and reduce costs.
Currently, we have under panel management in excess of
300,000 instructions per annum for different lenders.
These include national banks and building societies, overseas
lenders and regional corporate lenders.
As a result of significant investment in information
technology, Countrywide Surveyors network of 129 offices
are linked
through to our panel management clients enabling a fully
electronic process of valuation instruction through to
report return.
Our core administration services have been centralised
providing client customer services at Head Office and
two secretarial support units in Milton Keynes
and Kettering enabling fast and accurate production of
reports. In the majority of cases, these reports are
returned
electronically thereby providing improved turnaround
of instructions.
